Sporting Athletic Club is currently seeking passionate and driven coaches for our Zone 1 and Zone 2 teams. As Delaware’s premier youth soccer club competing in MLS NEXT and the Girls Academy, Sporting AC provides a professional, forward-thinking environment that prioritizes long-term player development and high-level competition.
Coaches at Sporting AC work within a collaborative staff structure, receive access to advanced performance analysis tools, and contribute to Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for each athlete.
