Skill School
Skill School is a player-focused training program designed to help young athletes develop confidence and creativity with the ball at their feet. Through high-energy, engaging sessions, players will sharpen their technical ability in all areas of the game: ball control, dribbling, passing, and first touch, while learning how to apply those skills under pressure.
Our goal is to provide an environment where players are encouraged to take risks, express themselves, and grow comfortable in possession. By focusing on repetition, quality technique, and fun, Skill School equips players with the tools they need to succeed in games while building a lasting love for the sport.
Player Pathways
One of the greatest benefits of joining Sporting PA is access to the Sporting AC player pathway. This pathway offers clear opportunities for players to progress to the highest levels of soccer in the nation. For girls, this means competing in the elite Girls Academy league, while for boys, the ultimate goal is reaching MLS NEXT, the premier platform for youth soccer development in the country. By providing these pathways, Sporting AC ensures players have the opportunity to showcase their skills, compete at the highest levels, and gain exposure to college and professional scouts, setting them up for success both on and off the field

Our coaches bring extensive experience and a passion for the game, and they will have access to the same cutting-edge resources, training methodologies, and support as the top coaches at Sporting PA. This ensures consistency in our player development philosophy across all locations and gives athletes in Pennsylvania the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the business.
Facilites
Sporting PA is proud to provide players with access to some of the top soccer facilities in the region. Beginning with the 2026/27 season, the Vidas Athletic Complex at Drexel University will serve as the primary home for all Sporting PA programming. As the primary home for Sporting PA, Vidas Athletic Complex provides a consistent, high-level training and match environment designed to support long-term player development and progression within the Sporting pathway to MLS NEXT and Girls Academy. They will also have access to AIM Academy, Chase Fieldhouse and WSFS Sportsplex, providing state-of-the-art fields and top-tier amenities to enhance player development and performance. By utilizing these world-class facilities, Sporting PA ensures that athletes train and compete in environments designed for success.
