Jake Meyer

About:

Joining as a Zone 1 Girls Director and coach, Jake Meyer, coached at the middle school(Caravel Academy 2018 8-3 record improving from 5-6-1 in 2017), high school(Caravel Academy 2018 boys varsity assistant coach D2 state champions 12-2-1 record & Odyssey Charter Boys Head Coach 2023 8-5-2 record improving from 4-11 in 2022), and collegiate levels(2021-2022 Eastern University Assistant Coach). Meyer also coached at the ECNL RL & EDP levels for DEFC. Additionally Meyer's played for the highest ranked Salesianum Soccer team in program history in 2013, beating St. Benedict’s prep and finishing ranked #2 in the country after winning the state championship(individual - 2nd team all conference. Meyer's was also a team captain for Salesianum his senior year where he and the team won the state championship (finished as a top XI player in the state. Meyer's played at the DI (Iona College), DII (Wilmington University), and DIII (Elmira College - All-Conference, All-Conference Tournament Team, and Team Captain, & Eastern University) levels collegiately while also briefly playing oversees and having opportunities to further my playing career in Sweden, Malta, and Denmark. Member of First State FC(NPSL) from 2021-2023. Meyer's also currently holds a United States Soccer Federation National “C” License(Islip, NY 2023) with plans for my USSF National “B” License starting early 2025. ​
